Lansdowne College Bursaries and Scholarships

We award a limited number of scholarships and bursaries each year to talented students

At Lansdowne College we provide an excellent education for our students. We aim to help every one of our students reach their maximum potential in all their aspirations. Awarding scholarships supports this aim by encouraging applications from gifted students and those who would be unable to attend the college without financial support.

A number of partial tuition fee scholarships are available for September 2017 entry two-year A-Level programme applicants. To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, students applying for a two-year A-level programme must:

  • be predicted to achieve or have achieved a minimum of 6 A*/A grades at GCSE/IGCSE
  • sit the scholarship examinations that will take place on Saturday 18th March 2017
  • attend an admissions interview on or prior to Friday 31st March 2017
  • submit a scholarship application no later than Friday 31st March 2017

We also grant a limited number of partial bursaries each year. These are means tested bursaries and awarded solely according to financial need. Those wishing to apply for financial assistance through the bursary scheme should discuss this during their son or daughter’s admissions interview.

Applicants may only apply for either a bursary or a scholarship.

Recipients of our bursaries and scholarships are expected to behave in an exemplary manner, acting as role models for other students. Bursaries and scholarships are of course subject to the availability of funds. For more details please contact the college  on 0207 616 4400, or by email to
